Over the years UDB has expressed itself in a variety of ways. At different points a greater emphasis has been placed on a particular neighbourhood or group of people and we have used various methods to work with children and young people - for example we have used computers, music, drama or sports. However we have always been guided by an underlying set of values. Language always has limitations in describing our passions and feelings but the following words help explain the values that are important to us as a team and shape the way we operate as a project:
