Kate has just finished a degree in youth and community work and, before joining UDB, worked as a youth worker for a church in Boldmere. She is energetic, enthusiastic, enjoys being on the go and laughing a lot! She is passionate about building relationships with young people and helping them feel valued and cared for.  She loves seeing young guys and girls enjoy being who they are. Kate is excited to be part of our Erdington Hall and Birches Green team and is looking forward to taking any opportunity to work in schools!
